Preparation:
    Each flavor is easy to make by adding 1 1/4 cup of sour cream and 3/4 cup of mayonnaise (or salad dressing) to each package of dip mix.  This makes approximately 2 1/2 cups of dip!  For best results, we recommend that you use real mayonnaise, not salad dressing, and let it stand overnight.

Low calorie:
    "Lite" products such as yogurt, cottage cheese, imitation sour cream or low-calorie mayonnaise may be used.

Recipes

Baked potatos:
    Sprinkle over potato in dry form or spoon on dip as your would sour cream.

Salad dressing:
    Mix as directed, then thin with regular or buttermilk and serve over salad greens. Sauces: Thin dips as for salad dressing, then serve with pasta or cooked

Cheese balls:
    mix package of your choice with cream cheese, allow to set, roll mixture in nuts and serve chilled.

Omelets:
    Simply add dry mix of your choice to eggs for additional flavor.

Rice:
    Add dip mix of your choice to 4 cups of boiling water and 2 cups of rice.

Meats:
    Sprinkle dry Dip'n Good Louisiana Cajun Dip mix on chicken, in meatloaf, etc. prior to baking.
